Business Administration Level 2 or Level 3 (depending on experience)
XAIS-PTS provides infrastructure asset management, surveying, pavement engineering, materials testing and specialist software services to clients across the UK.
As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you will support the Business Support team in the day-to-day running of the business. You will gain experience across administration, project support, HR processes, procurement, compliance, payroll administration and office operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced engineering environment.

The Apprentice Business Administrator will work within the Business Support function, providing administrative and operational support to teams across the organisation. This role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to develop practical business administration skills while supporting infrastructure surveying, testing and consultancy projects delivered throughout the UK.
Working closely with the Operations Director and Business Support team, the apprentice will gain experience in a range of business functions including project administration, procurement, HR support, compliance management and office operations.

Laboratory Technician L3
To support the Laboratory and Operational departments by carrying out routine quality control testing on raw materials and manufactured products. The role also includes assisting with equipment calibration, laboratory checks, and general laboratory duties to ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards.
