Format
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to management, operational and project teams.
• Assist with the preparation, maintenance and distribution of business documents, reports and project records.
• Support project teams with documentation, record keeping and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate electronic filing systems, databases and company records.
• Assist with booking travel, accommodation and logistics for employees working across the UK.
• Support procurement activities including obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and maintaining supplier records.
• Assist with monitoring office supplies and coordinating purchasing requirements.
• Support HR administration activities including onboarding, employee record management and training coordination.
• Assist with maintaining company systems and records relating to training, certifications and compliance requirements.
• Support payroll administration activities including timesheet collection, overtime records and employee data updates.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records for quality management, health and safety and compliance purposes.
• Liaise professionally with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and internal departments.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist with organising meetings, training sessions and company events.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping to develop and maintain efficient business processes.
• Carry out additional administrative duties as required to support business objectives.

c.40 hours, 7.30am – 4.00pm x4 days week, plus x1 day week at college 9.00am – 4.05pm
You will be able to demonstrate the potential to have:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
