Working as part of the central office team, collaborating closely with the operations and marketing departments to support the smooth running of day-to-day business activities. The role involves acting as a key point of coordination between teams, ensuring information is shared efficiently and tasks are completed in a timely and organised manner.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing shared inboxes, monitoring incoming communications and responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships by providing clear information, resolving basic enquiries, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members when required.

Additional duties involve updating and maintaining internal systems and databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date, and supporting reporting or administrative processes where necessary. The position also includes a variety of general office responsibilities such as preparing documents, assisting with scheduling, organising files, supporting internal projects, and helping to maintain efficient administrative processes across the business.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and communication with both internal teams and external clients.
37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 30 Minute Unpaid Lunch break.
