Key Responsibilities:

• Client invoicing and processing orders
• Handling incoming telephone calls and emails
• Purchase ledger support, inputting invoices and credit card transactions
• Supporting procurement activities with orders and stock control
• Assistance with office and event management
• Support with other financial activities such as reconciliations and credit control
• Sales support and client product/service renewals
• Administrative assistance with marketing activities
• General administration support to the Finance and Administration Manager and Client Solutions Director.
Monday -Friday 08:45 – 17:15 (1 hour lunch break)

• Fast learner who can use their own initiative
Level 3 applicants are required to hold a GCSE Grade C or grade 4 or above in Maths, English and ICT (or equivalent) or be prepared to work towards Maths, English and ICT Level 2 Functional Skills.
